Culebra Eden is Taking Flight
The First Acre of Culebra Eden is getting ready! It’s happening! After months (okay, maybe years) of dreaming, sketching, planning, and doing all the behind-the-scenes magic that comes before planting

We are cultivating more than crops.
We’re cultivating healing, self-reliance, and community. Our farm is a sanctuary for those who feel emotionally or spiritually depleted, a space to unplug, dig into the soil, learn new skills, and find meaning through simple, grounding work.
Here, volunteers become part of a small, supportive community of like-minded individuals, each working through their own challenges, each contributing to something bigger than themselves. The experience is more than agricultural; it’s communal, restorative, and deeply human. Everyone belongs. Everyone grows
By sharing our harvest with the island and offering hands-on agricultural education led by volunteer agricultural experts, guests who journey to Culebra to teach, share, and plant knowledge as deeply as seeds. We work to build lasting food sovereignty for our island. Each visiting expert leaves behind more than lessons; they leave roots of wisdom that continue to grow within our community.
At the heart of Eden lies our vision for the youth of Culebra.
We want to inspire a generation that knows the joy of planting a seed, nurturing it with care, and harvesting with pride. We believe that when a child tastes the fruit they grew with their own hands, they also grow a deeper love for the land, a respect for nature, and a sense of purpose that lasts a lifetime.
Through workshops, mentorship, and community gardens, we empower young people to see farming not as labor, but as legacy, a way to sustain themselves, their families, and their island.
Our Farm-to-Table Youth Workshops bring that legacy to life.
Children and teens learn how to prepare, cook, and flavor their harvest, discovering the magic of transforming what they grow into nourishing meals. As they chop, season, and taste, they gain not only skills but pride, tasting the reward of their own work and realizing that sustainability can be delicious.
This is how we plant the future, one seed, one soul, one story at a time.
Our dream is that these lessons take root, passed from generation to generation, so that Culebra’s children become sustainable adults with hearts rooted in the soil and spirits lifted by purpose.
